Contact Calendo

Calendo is operated by Neil Busque. Email busqueneil@gmail.com with a short description of what you need. For a bug, include the page, browser, what you tried, and what happened. Remove private content from screenshots. Never send a password, API key, access token, or private calendar feed URL.

Request account or data deletion

Email from your Calendo account address with the subject “Calendo account deletion” or “Calendo privacy request.” Specify whether you want to delete the whole account, remove retained Google data, correct information, or request a copy of your data. We may ask for information to verify that the request is yours.

We respond within applicable legal time limits. Any retained records and backup copies are handled as described in the privacy policy. Account deletion does not cancel or erase copies held by Google, booking hosts, attendees, or other services.

Email an account deletion request

Disconnect Google Calendar

Open Settings → Connections in Calendo and choose Disconnect for Google Calendar. You can also remove Calendo in Google Account connections. Existing events in Google Calendar remain; disconnecting stops future Calendo access but does not remove planning content already saved in your workspace.

Google sign-in and calendar access serve different purposes. If you remove Google sign-in access, make sure you still have a working way to access your Calendo account or contact support.

Zoom connections

Open Bookings to connect, reconnect, or disconnect your Zoom account. See the Zoom setup and troubleshooting guide. For removal of retained Zoom data, email from your Calendo account address with the subject “Calendo privacy request.”

Bookings and security reports

Use the management links in a booking confirmation to cancel or reschedule where available. Contact the meeting host about the meeting itself or their handling of guest information.

Report security concerns privately to busqueneil@gmail.com with the subject “Calendo security report.” Include enough detail to reproduce the issue without accessing other people’s data or disrupting the service.
