What is stored
- Authentication and security: sign-in session information in browser storage, and a temporary cookie to validate the Google Calendar authorization flow.
- Workspace and preferences: saved display settings, planning preferences, and locally cached workspace information. Some settings apply only to this browser.
- App resources: a service worker and browser caches can retain the application shell and resources for faster loading and installed-app behavior.
- Connected services: Google and other providers may use their own cookies on their sign-in or service pages under their own policies.
Storage lifetimes vary: temporary authorization cookies expire, sessions last until expiry or sign-out, and persistent browser settings or caches may remain until you clear them or the app replaces them. Local copies may contain personal information; protect access to your device.
Advertising and tracking
Calendo does not currently install advertising cookies or advertising pixels. Necessary hosting and security logs are described in the privacy policy. If we introduce optional tracking that requires consent, we will provide the required choice before enabling it.
Your controls
You can sign out, manage Calendo’s site permissions, clear site data in your browser, or uninstall the installed app. Blocking required storage can prevent sign-in or saving settings. Before clearing site data, make sure important work has synchronized: clearing data can remove unsynchronized work and device preferences.
Clearing cookies or uninstalling Calendo does not delete your server-side account or revoke Google authorization. Use the privacy controls and deletion instructions for those actions.
