1. Agreement and operator

These terms govern your use of Calendo at calendo.me, operated by Neil Busque (“Calendo,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Contact busqueneil@gmail.com with questions about these terms.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and integration credentials, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share another person’s credentials or connect a calendar you do not have permission to access.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give Calendo a limited permission to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the features you use, secure the service, and follow your instructions. This permission does not give us ownership of your tasks, notes, or other content.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit information about other people. Share public booking pages, subscription feeds, and meeting links only with their intended audience. A link marked for private use should be treated as a credential.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Calendo to break the law, harass others, distribute malware, send unsolicited messages, infringe rights, impersonate others, or collect information without permission. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, probe other users’ accounts, or use automated requests that materially burden the service. Responsible security reports can be sent privately to busqueneil@gmail.com.

5. Planning and AI assistance

Calendo helps organize work; it does not guarantee that a task will be completed, a reminder will arrive, or a schedule will be conflict-free. AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Review suggested tasks, dates, time estimates, and actions before relying on them. AI output is not professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

Connected AI may transmit planning context to third-party providers as described in the privacy policy. Features that apply changes automatically are controlled by the options you enable. Keep independent records or reminders for commitments where a missed event would cause significant harm.

6. Calendars, bookings, and other services

When you connect Google Calendar or enable synchronization, you authorize Calendo to perform the calendar actions needed for those features, within the permissions you grant. Changes you make can affect connected calendars and invitations. Review the selected calendar and sharing settings.

Booking hosts are responsible for their published availability, meeting descriptions, guest questions, cancellation rules, and use of guest information. Guests must provide accurate details and use cancellation or rescheduling links responsibly. Calendo supplies scheduling tools; it is not a party to an agreement between a host and guest.

Google, OpenRouter, model providers, and other services have their own terms and may change or become unavailable. You are responsible for fees from accounts or API keys you supply. We will disclose any Calendo subscription or purchase terms before charging you; these terms do not authorize an undisclosed charge.

7. Availability, changes, and termination

We may update features, fix errors, or temporarily interrupt service for maintenance or security. We may restrict or suspend access for a material violation of these terms, abuse, or a legal or security requirement. Where practical and appropriate, we will give notice and a chance to address the issue.

You can stop using Calendo at any time and request account deletion through Support & data requests. If we discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable notice where practical so you can request your data. Deletion and any necessary retention follow the privacy policy.

8. Calendo materials

The Calendo name, logo, interface, and service materials belong to their respective owners. We grant you permission to use them as part of ordinary use of the service. These terms do not grant a right to impersonate Calendo, redistribute the service, or use our branding to imply endorsement.

9. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Calendo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party service interruptions or reliance on unreviewed AI output.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights. You remain entitled to protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

10. Resolving issues and changes to these terms

Please contact busqueneil@gmail.com with a description of any dispute so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive rights you have under applicable law.

We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and provide appropriate notice of material changes. If a change requires your agreement, we will request it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
