AI DAILY PLANNER

A realistic day.
A little help from Cal.

Calendo brings your tasks, calendar, projects, and focus time together. Cal helps you work out what comes next, with planning controls that stay in your hands.

AI chat requires a connection in Settings. Automatic planning is optional.

FROM A FULL HEAD TO A WORKABLE DAY

Capture. Make room. Begin.

01

Get the work into one place

Capture tasks in Inbox and keep them linked to their projects. Attach the notes, decisions, and context you need to move the work forward.

02

Plan around real commitments

Bring in your calendars and choose what fits. Give important tasks a start time, or keep flexible work on Today without assigning a specific hour.

03

Give one task your attention

Start a focus session, keep your notes close, and record a useful next step when you stop. Adjust the plan as the day changes.

A PLANNING EXAMPLE

“I have a meeting at 11.
What fits before it?”

A helpful plan starts with your actual calendar, the work you want to finish, and how much time it needs. Reserve a useful block, leave room to prepare, and put the rest somewhere deliberate.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you start

What is an AI daily planner?

An AI daily planner helps turn tasks and commitments into a workable schedule. It needs useful inputs: available time, priorities, estimates, and constraints. Review its suggestions against the commitments and dependencies that matter to you.

How does Calendo’s AI work?

Calendo combines day planning and contextual check-ins with optional connected AI chat. Connect AI in Settings for conversations about your work. Day plans and check-ins are available separately; automatic planning and backlog cleanup are options you choose to enable.

Does Cal run in the background when the app is closed?

Cal’s project and task check-ins happen while Calendo is open. You can snooze or disable them. Do not rely on Cal to follow up while the app is closed.

Do I need AI to use Calendo?

No. You can manage tasks and projects, plan your calendar, and use focus sessions without connecting an AI provider. The public demo lets you explore the interface without an account; it does not read a real personal plan.

Can I connect my existing calendars?

Calendo supports Google Calendar and read-only calendar subscriptions. Read-only feeds show commitments from other calendars; they do not let you edit the source events. Provider connections require their own setup.

What should I check before using an AI schedule?

Check for overlaps, missing preparation time, unrealistic estimates, task dependencies, and your stopping time. Choose what to postpone when the work exceeds the available space. A suggested plan should make those tradeoffs visible.
